We’re more than just event planners: we create unforgettable experiences. At HauteFêtes, we have the passion, creativity and know-how to design and execute an unforgettable celebration. We believe in creating timeless, sophisticated and truly memorable experiences inspired by your unique love story.
What makes us different? We listen and take time to understand your vision. We then set about making it a reality. With experience, imagination and an extended team of trusted partners, we transform spaces using lighting, linens, furnishings and florals. In parallel, we engage the best photographers, videographers, stationers, musicians and chefs all focused on bringing your vision to life.
We structure our offerings in a way that suits your wedding needs. Often, our clients want to extend the celebration over two or more days to spend one-on-one time with their guests. Accordingly, we uniquely offer a two-day fee model with the option of adding additional event days, a la carte. The benefit: a cohesive look and feel for your entire weekend, an elevated experience for your guests, and importantly, the confidence to thoroughly enjoy and be a guest at your own event.
A smaller clientele means a more personalized experience. Our boutique sensibility is not meant for mass event production or a partial/”day of” services approach. As a full-service planning firm, you work directly with us—not a team of assistants—and are one of only six to eight couples we take on per year.

Weddings & Elopements
Our trademark offering – and the incredible opportunity to intersect your love story and life commitment to each other – our full-service design and planning encompasses everything from your venue and vendor team selection, to your save the dates, to your seating charts, to your send-off over the course of two flawlessly executed days that you, your family and guests will enjoy and remember for years to come.
Destination Weddings
Our specialty: whether you’ve always dreamed of a wedding on the beaches of Mexico, a vineyard in Napa, a ranch in Wyoming or a villa in Tuscany, we have the resources, on-the-ground partners and in-house foreign language capabilities (as needed) to plan your destination wedding weekend. For couples like you, we’ll design and plan multi-day experiences, from your welcome party to farewell brunch, all with our signature full-service design, planning and styling and the necessary accommodation and transportation elements required to make your weekend as enjoyable as possible for you and your guests.
